Refund policy

We will only issue a refund if your item purchased is deemed faulty and supplied with the original invoice or receipt.

We may repair or replace an item rather than refund, this is at our discretion.

Policy is valid for 28 days from point of purchase or delivery recieved.

Garments must be unworn and in pristine condition.

We do not offer change of mind refunds or exchanges.

All expenses incurred in sending items back to us during the above instances are paid by the user not Good Intentions Co.
